Business accounts

When a business creates an account, we collect the details they provide: email address, password (stored securely), business name, phone number, address, business type, services, prices, and availability settings.

Booking information

When customers book through a business's page, the business collects the customer's details — such as name, phone number, or email — needed to fulfill the booking. Businesses are responsible for the customer data they collect through the Service; we process it on their behalf to make bookings work.

Automatic information

We log basic technical data when you use the Service: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

2. How we use information

• To create and maintain business accounts and booking pages.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and account notices.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• To understand usage and improve features.

We do not sell your personal information.
