Terms of Service

1. The Service

ImFreeNow provides online booking tools for local businesses: business dashboards, customer booking pages, and related features. We provide the platform itself. Each business is responsible for its own services, prices, availability, and customer relationships.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law while using the Service.
• Post false or misleading information about your business.
• Try to access other users' accounts or data.
• Upload malware or interfere with how the Service runs.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

4. Bookings

A booking made through a business's page is an agreement between the customer and that business — not with ImFreeNow. We are not responsible for missed appointments, service quality, pricing disputes, or cancellations. Those are between the business and its customers.

5. Payments and fees

ImFreeNow offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change plan prices with advance notice before the change takes effect. Bookings themselves are always free to make and free to cancel; no customer payments flow through ImFreeNow.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Data security

We take reasonable steps to keep the platform and the data on it safe: encrypted connections, secure password storage, and limited access to our systems. But no online service can promise perfect security. If a third party attacks or breaches our systems despite those safeguards, ImFreeNow is not responsible for any resulting unauthorized access to, or disclosure or misuse of, data. Each business is responsible for the customer information it collects through its booking page and for how it handles that information outside of ImFreeNow.

8. Intellectual property

The design, text, and software of the Service belong to ImFreeNow or its licensors. Businesses keep ownership of their own content — names, logos, service descriptions, photos — and grant us a license to display it as part of the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ImFreeNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes any claims arising from a data breach or security incident as described in section 7. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as liability and intellectual property — continue after termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version at imfreenow.net/terms with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
